NAFTA là Hiệp định Thương mại Tự do Bắc Mỹ. Hôm nay chúng ta sẽ cùng tìm hiểu về các mục tiêu dự kiến của Canada, Hoa Kỳ và Mexico và các vấn đề gây tranh cãi về chúng, Hiệp định Thương mại Tự do Bắc Mỹ bao gồm một thị trường hơn 360 triệu dân với tổng sản lượng hơn 6 nghìn tỷ USD.
Với mục đích khuyến khích cải cách đầu tư theo định hướng thị trường trong toàn khu vực, giảm nghĩa vụ nợ của các quốc gia Châu Mỹ Latinh và Caribe, xóa bỏ các rào cản thương mại, giảm các trở ngại đối với thương mại tự do ở Tây Bán cầu....
